S.Khalid Consultants until their registration with the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria are called Homes Real Estate Developers duly registered with corporate affairs commission since 19th December 2009 practicing Real Estate Profession under the companies and allied matters Act 1990.
Our diligence and professional commitment earn us a credit that got us certified by Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) under the canopy of Messrs. Khalid Sulaiman is the Principal Partner of the firm, an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (M-05044) elected and Certified Estate Surveyor andValuer in Nigeria by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board (A-1356). After graduating from the Federal Polytechnic Nassarawa, with Higher National Diploma in Estate Management,he obtained post graduate diploma and master degree in Development Studies from Bayero University Kano. Khalid has been involved in real estate and Asset valuation since 2004 and has been providing Assets Valuation services in Nigeria since 2007. He has worked with Messrs JideTaiwo& Co and for DapoOlaiya Consulting both firms of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Nigeria. He resigned from Messrs JideTaiwo& Co. and set up Homes Real Estate Developers as the Head of practice in 2009 which is now the property management arm of the house hold name S.Khalid Consulting Estate Surveyors and Valuers which he heads. Esv. Khalid Suleiman has been serving as a Valuation Consultant North West for the Estate management Firm of DapoOlaiya Consulting Since 2013 to date.
